Returns and refunds

TheOmega3 does not currently process direct ecommerce orders or hold customer payment details. If you purchased through Amazon, iHerb, a brand website, or another merchant, returns, refunds, shipping, and order changes are handled by that merchant.

Check your order confirmation email, merchant account, or payment receipt for the correct support option. TheOmega3 may earn affiliate commissions from qualified outbound clicks, but we do not control third-party return windows or refund decisions.
